Shipping & Tracking

While we can't make shipping and handling as beautiful as the products you ordered, we will try to make it as easy and understandable as possible. To keep our shipping rates low and simple, we do not charge more the more you purchase. All our items are shipped from our New England design studio and warehouse.

Rate Shipping Details

1. Free Standard Shipping on orders over US$49 for the following countries & areas:

United States, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Canada, Russia, Israel, Brazil, Italy, Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, Norway, Hong Kong (China), Mexico, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Denmark, Hungary, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Poland, Sweden, Turkey, Finland, Ireland, Portugal, Netherlands, Greece, Japan, Spain, Thailand, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, Indonesia.

2. For most international orders, standard shipping $5.99, the estimated delivery time frame (15-45 days) may differ from the countries or areas you are from. 

3. Express US$19.99 with an estimated delivery time frame (5-15 days) may differ from the countries or areas you are from. You can enjoy the FREE Express shipping if your order is over US$100.

4. DHL Global Expedited US$39.99 normally delivery time from 2-7 days. 

P.O. Boxes
We offer Standard and Priority shipping to all domestic P.O. boxes. If you would like Express Shipping to your PO Box, you must include the street address of your Post Office. All shipments to APO or FPO addresses must go either Standard or Priority shipping.

Tracking Your Package
Your tracking information will be emailed to you from cs@ninganjewelry.com If you do not receive tracking information and wish to have an update on your package’s progress, please e-mail us at cs@ninganjewelry.com.

We would try our best to lower & avoid the custom import tax but for the case packages must be cleared & even paid taxes, it's the customers responsibility & duty to do that.
